The ‘Top 3’ Morning Routines Tips To Boost Productivity

There is a mountain of advice telling us what the best things to do, but only you will ever know what works for you.

Sometimes it just best to keep it simple.

These very quick, simple tips will give you the best possible start to the day.

Here are the top 3 that bring better productivity to my day:

[1] Water

Every morning without fail I get up and have a glass of water. As health experts, I’m sure you know how important it is to rehydrate the body first thing in the morning. I feel much better for it.

[2] Light Exercise

Following an intake of water, I do some stretches – REALLY important as I spend an awful lot of time on the computer. Once I’ve done this, I’ll do a few strength-based exercises, such as push-ups etc. This sets my mind up for the day, to feed my determination as each day I am to just do a little bit more.

[3] Gratitude & Reflection

You don’t realise how this can be the most subtly important thing you can do throughout the WHOLE day. Whether it’s before breakfast or before bed, this is a must. It doesn’t take long. Just think of a few aspects of your life you can be grateful for, coupled with a reflection of what you’ve achieved, where you’re heading and make sure you are content with your goals for the day/week.
