Integrate Systems, Value Your Customers

Businesses should have integrated systems whereby you focus on smaller aspects in various key areas.

For example, client fulfilment, offline marketing, online marketing and customer experience are some of the main key areas.

One of the BIGGEST of these by far is Customer Experience.

So many of us agree, but yet so many of us fail to integrate the systems that both look after your clients AND your time.

Every little detail counts when it comes to your client’s experience.

For example…

Lately, I’ve visited a physiotherapist…nice guy, but terrible systems.

He has on average 3 people visiting his clinic at the same time…treating them at the same time AND taking phone calls, answering the door and booking the next appointments.

So, what happens?

Well, it doesn’t matter how good he is, he’s lost my respect because he hasn’t valued the energy I require to do his job properly.

You can’t focus when you are running around and trying to do everything.

Just think about the effect it has on your clients.

Yes, you save money.

BUT, you’re gonna lose a hell of a lot more of it in the future.

Your clients ARE your business…

…they are the ones who need looking after the most.
