Ok, so maybe these things are part of the problem, but they are certainly not the root.

This all comes from our attitude towards life. Each time you do not do the thing you know you should be doing, you are escaping. This pushes us further and further away from the zone we need to be in.
The simplest of changes reflect the greatest of outcomes.

The LAST thing you go to sleep with will be the first thing you focus when you awake, so if you are already worrying about the day in advance, that’s going to reflect on the day itself.
Force positivity into you. Get up, dance, run, write…start to surround yourself in environments and people that bring out the best in you and align with your future self.
Always be inspired by what’s possible in life.
