BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL

Have You Invested In This Type Of Currency?

  • July 25, 2018
  • habits, money, worries

You won’t get this from the traditional bank.

However, it’s FREE if you can find the best way to obtain it.

It’s a currency that existed WAAAY before coins and still exists today.

So what is it?

I’m talking about Mental Currency 💭💰

The thing is, people happily spend it as if it’s an unlimited grant.

However, it has its limitations.

The ‘Bank of Your Mind’ as thousands of thoughts going on each day.

It only has the energy for ‘X’ amount, so what does it do?

It prioritises.

Are you worried? 😣

Are you anxious? 😨

Are you stressed? 😱

This can be about your business or life.

Well…

What would you do if you have a physical money issue? 💵

A sensible adult would run through their finances, and make a note of the expenditure.

So, why don’t we do that with our thoughts?

Are we conscious of what we are using our mental currency on?

Next time you feel a slightly uncomfortable feeling, monitor it.

Is it worth it?

I always use the ‘Worst Case Scenario’.

Yeah, I’m a little like that – my wife knows.😂

However, it puts me in a far bigger picture, whilst focussing on the here and now.

If ‘X’ doesn’t get done or ‘Y’ isn’t done today – what will happen as a consequence?

Its a kind of simulated fight or flight moment, without the panic.😎

We all have BIG priorities. – for example, we need to work and look after our family.🏋️‍♀️👪

The thing is, these are things that we build into our habits – it’s more the smaller things within those aspects.

Monitor as many negative thoughts as you can, and over time you’ll pick out what deserves your time and what doesn’t.

Watch your spend and invest wisely because running low can be critical.〽️

When that happens, for goodness sake, TOP UP.

Don’t keep depleting. STOP, RE-FRAME and ENERGISE.🔆

Then, go again.
